I’ve adapted this by eliminating the stevia (I find sweetener isn’t needed), and adding herbs, spices, more moisture and a few other things. Strict Candida dieters may balk at the extracts… I find little problem with the alcohol in extracts because most of it (not all) evaporates during baking, and this tiny amount is not something I worry about compared to alcoholic drinks and sugars.
I make a double-batch, one savory and one “sweet” loaf to last me all week.
